近期NEJM有一篇Rapid Disuse Atrophy of Diaphragm Fibers in Mechanically Ventilated Humans，探討使用呼吸器對diaphragm muscle fiber的影響，讓我們重新思考"使用control mode ventilation，可以讓病患的橫膈休息"這種觀念到底有沒有根據？
